Quadracon are committed to the employment and career development of Indigenous, Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people.

  • Provide fair and equitable opportunities for Indigenous & Aboriginal persons.

  • Linking with local Aboriginal communities to provide information on services, adopting strategies to encourage the employment of Aboriginal staff and ensuring the cultural competence of non-Aboriginal staff.

  • Providing culturally adapted advocacy, interpreter and translation services to facilitate engagement with information, supports and services.

  • Develop strategies to work in partnership with Aboriginal workers from other agencies, in particular Aboriginal controlled agencies, when required;

  • Achieve Aboriginal representation on agency boards;

  • Provide support and mentoring when required
